  2. What is included in the stall fees? – A Standard 3x3m stall space at the Queen Victoria Market.
  3. How much is the stall fee? – Food vendors (fresh food prepared and consumed on site) are $100 and include 2 power outlets (3 x 3m stall). A standard 3 x 3m non food site is $75 and a 2 x 2m table site is $50 (Table not included), additional fees are for more than 2 power outlets.
  4. What do I need to bring? – Tables, marquee (not essential as we’re undercover) and all your other equipment, power leads, and anything else you might need to trade on the day.
  5. Is the VMM at QVM an inside or outside market? – The VMM at QVM is an inside market.
  6. When is bump in/out? – Bump in usually starts from 7:30am, bump out from 4pm, a detailed email will be sent to participating vendors a few days before market day. (We get a lot of latecomers to the market.
  7. Can I book a table? – We do not have tables for rent.
  8. Is power on site included with the fee? – Food Stalls have 2 power outlets included in their stall fee. Table and 3 x 3 sites have one power outlet. There is an additional charge for extra outlets. $25 per socket

  10. Do I need insurance? – Yes! Every stall holder is responsible to have legal requirements covered, see our T&Cs via booking system.
  11. Where do I park my car? – There is cheap parking on 300 and 380 LaTrobe street (Book ahead from $5)
  12. How many visitors are expected for each market? – Numbers of visitors vary each market, last market saw at least 2000-3000 people attend on the day. Social media posts and interest in events can be a rough indication. We advise to plan for less rather than more (selling out is the best feeling) and to share the event to all your social media networks, we are the strongest together!

  3. How much is the stall fee? – Food vendors (fresh food prepared and consumed on site) are from $125 and all other market stalls are only $80 for the stall space, additional fees might occur for power, booking in for multiple market dates and others during booking in via our APPLY section.
  4. What do I need to bring? – Tables, marquee and all your other equipment, power leads, and anything else you might need. We provide screw hooks for the ground to keep your marquee in place.
  5. Is the VMM at SKEM an inside or outside market? – The VMM at St Kilda Esplanade Market is an all year outside market.
  6. When is bump in/out? – Bump in usually starts from 9am, bump out from 5pm, a detailed email will be sent to participating vendors a few days before market day.
  7. Can I book a table? – We do not have tables for rent.
